Welcome to the 1712 House—a historic & luxurious escape. This 10,000 sq. ft. shaker-style home sits on 80 acres, a short drive from Accord, Kingston, Mohonk & Woodstock. The estate features 7 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, pool, patio, two living rooms with a gas fireplace, a chef’s kitchen, a dining room for 8+, a theater/game room, a rec room with ping-pong, a gym/yoga studio, and an office.
The Space:
The expansive grounds include a 2-acre rolling front lawn, duck ponds, and a hardwood forest with a winding brook that is visible from the pool and the decks at the back of the home. The estate offers endless spaces and opportunities for family and friends to gather, connect, and relax … whether lounging by the pool, strolling the grounds, enjoying a meal in the large kitchen or dining room, gathering to watch a movie in the theatre room, or sitting by the fireplace recounting your day, you and your guests won’t run out of things to do.
1st FLOOR | The main floor includes two living rooms with fireplaces, the kitchen, the office, two half bathrooms, and one bedroom.

Easy access to charming Woodstock, Rhinebeck, High Falls, New Paltz, Kingston, Accord, Mohonk Mountain, Belleayre and Hunter Mountain ski centers.

Summary: The 1712 house will exceed all your expectations. Roomy beyond imagination, every one of our guests had all the privacy and comfort they desired. This alone helped to make our visit a most memorable experience. The kitchen is well stocked, the bigger the group the better. The grounds are breath taking, the endless pastures are well groomed. Nature abounds on the grounds and our family morning and evening walks were magical. The pool was a great place to unwind and to gather to share our stories and talk about our day. We will definitely revisit this warm and spacious home again.
